Rai closed her phone then got back on the treadmill.

Riley continued to walk the tread mill when her phone went off again

Nitro walked in and waved at Rai. She smiled and got off.

Rai followed Nitro to the ring in the middle of the gym and got him. She showed him what she could do of the kick. "I keep messing up the landing and the twist of my hips."

Rai got done then saw Rie. "You ok?"
